To provide clear, objective, and defensible medicolegal opinions in emergency medicine by analyzing both clinical decision-making and the systems in which care is delivered—helping attorneys and juries understand not only what happened, but why it happened.

DR LEE'S CODE OF ETHICS
Dr Lee's medicolegal work is grounded in objectivity, honesty, and professional integrity. He provides independent, evidence-based opinions and does not allow compensation or case position to influence his conclusions. His role is to assist the court by clearly explaining medical issues, not to advocate for either party.
Dr Lee adheres to the principles outlined in the American Medical Association (AMA) Code of Medical Ethics regarding expert testimony, as well as the expectations of the American Board of Family Medicine for professionalism and integrity.
Although board certified in Family Medicine, he practices full-time emergency medicine and conducts his work in accordance with the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) guidelines for expert witness testimony.
