Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles in medical staff governance, peer review, and quality improvement, with a focus on evaluating adverse outcomes, identifying system failures, and assessing physician decision-making under real-world clinical constraints. His experience spans emergency department standard of care, missed and delayed diagnoses, EMTALA compliance, and complex transfer decisions.
